Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange your booked appointment: please inform us at least 24 hours notice. If you notify us inside 24 hours of your appointment, we will take 50% of the value of the booking. If you don’t show and haven’t notified us, we will take 100% of the value of the booking – thank you for understanding
